Second technique of pompoarism: Contraction and relaxation

Third technique of pompoarism: Relaxation and contraction

Then, alternate: make a quick intense relaxation and a strong contraction of 5 seconds in a series of 4 repetitions every 30 seconds, being that with time you can and should increase the repetitions and reduce the pause time.

 

 

Fourth technique of pompoarism: Increased contraction

In the fourth exercise, the goal is to contract the vaginal canal for as long as possible and record progress!

 

 

Fifth technique of pompoarism: Breathing

Finally, you must add breathing to the previous techniques. In other words, you should take a few deep breaths to prepare yourself and then inhale, contract the muscles of the vagina and then exhale and relax (as if you were straining to urinate).

 

These pompoarism techniques must be exercised every day until you obtain the desired effect and, from there, you can choose only one exercise to do once a day, so as not to miss the practice.
